Your page MUST be live and adhere to the following guidelines when you submit your application.

Your autoresponder that delivers your gift MUST be active at the time of application.

Coupon codes must be set to:

Whenever possible, please submit a URL with the coupon code attached.

Upsells

You ARE allowed to have a tripwire/upsell/bump offer, but it must be toggled OFF by default.

Page requirements

Your landing page MUST follow these guidelines:

Your landing page MUST contain the Rebirth & Renewal summit Logo, which you can find here;

Your landing page buttons should NOT say "Buy Now" but instead have alternative language such as "Get it Now"

Landing pages MUST contain links to your website terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Your landing page should indicate the paid value of your product;

Your landing page should make it clear that the gift is FREE with the Rebirth & Renewal summit.
