This event is designed for women who are ready to lean into their spiritual side and kickstart real momentum as they step into the new year. Together, we’ll explore powerful spiritual tools that help you clear the old, welcome the new, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and flow.

We require the following promotion:
- One SOLO email - meaning that the email only talks about the summit

- One RESEND after 24h to the folks who didn't open the solo email by changing the subject line

- One email mention - meaning a short paragraph about the summit in another email. This can be something like a P.S. if you want it to be.

- Two posts on your most active social media account.

One important note:
We DO require proof of promotion. This is to keep it fair for everyone. You'll be asked to send in a screenshot or archive link for your solo email before the start of the summit as proof. We will decline your submissions for future events and remove you from this event if we do not receive this.

The minimum list size for this event is 500. If you have a high social media following, we are willing to lower this requirement. Or if you have a specifically unique product or audience and want to know about receiving an exception, please email vaishali@vaishalinikhade.com
We may accept a few contributors who have a list size of less than 500 with an additional fee. We will use these funds to do Facebook ads to expand the reach of the event.
While we want to include everyone, everyone also needs to have something to contribute to the cause. Once you've built things up a bit, feel free to join us for a future event!

For free gifts: If your gift requires a coupon code, it MUST be set to REBIRTH2025
For VIP gifts: If your gift requires a coupon code, it MUST be set to REBIRTHVIP2025
If at all possible, when a coupon code is required, please submit a landing page link that has the coupon attached;
If you have a bump offer at signup, it must be toggled OFF by default.
Your landing page MUST contain the summit Logo, which will be provided upon signup.
Your landing page buttons should NOT say "Buy Now" but instead have alternative language such as "Get it Now"
Landing pages MUST contain links to your website terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Your landing page should indicate the paid value of your product;
Your landing page should make it clear that the gift is FREE with the summit but NOT call it a "free gift".

This primarily applies to ThriveCart users, but essentially, if you are offering a tripwire or upsell, they must have to select the offer, as opposed to it being pre-selected for them. That looks like this - where the offer is not already checked so they have to un-check it for free checkout:

While we would love to be able to do this, the due date, including the time, is firm. Once the forms are turned off, we will NOT be able to accept additional submissions. This makes it too easy for things to fall through the cracks and create a poor experience for contributors. (A lesson learned the hard way for us!) We highly suggest using this time zone converter to make sure you are locked in ahead of time!

We generally start sending out acceptance emails 1-2 weeks before final submissions are due. You *WILL* still receive due date reminders leading up to the final turn-in date even if you put your submission in. If you haven't heard from us within a week after the turn-in date, please email vaishali@vaishalinikhade.com and we will be happy to check to make sure we received it.

YES, you are allowed to have tripwires on your free gift's Thank-You Page! (Just make sure that it is toggled OFF by default, as mentioned above) Other uses of your thank you page include:
Growing your Youtube
Growing your podcast
Promoting your auto-webinar
Growing your Facebook Group
Growing your Instagram
Just confirming their email address.

The more exciting and generous the free gift you have, the more subscribers you’ll get.

Taking a part of a paid product (especially a signature course), giving away templates, or contributing paid products that normally cost $27 or above work great.

Quizzes, contests/sweeptakes, 1:1 calls with you, webinar replays, or current lead magnets we can find on your site for free right now are NOT allowed. That means that NO part of your gift can be custom or individualized. We also do NOT accept any product containing income claims.

Naturally, we’ll create a bigger buzz & get more eyeballs to this giveaway if our collection of free gifts as a whole sounds super impressive.

Your gift must be something that:

No quizzes, contests, 1:1 calls with you, or webinar replays with a hard pitch of your paid offers (A brief mention of where they can learn more about your paid offer is okay.).

The gift page URL will go to what we call the "first" gift page. This page has some information about Vaishali and her business, as well as the sponsor gifts, and then they will be directed to the searchable gift page. On this page, gifts are organized by list size; however, people will be able to filter by category or search using the name of a gift or the contributor's name.

As we are still recruiting, it's hard to say, however, we plan on having around 100 speakers for the summit.

We ONLY give affiliate links to those who:

Submit an approved gift to the VIP tier -or- sponsor the event. If you want the opportunity to earn affiliate commissions from the bundle, you must do one of those things.

In order to keep our events fresh and interesting, we ask that you do not submit the same give to two consecutive events. If we feel that a gift has been used too many times, we reserve the right to decline any submissions.

Promotional resources CANNOT be created until AFTER submissions have closed. Therefore, you can expect to receive your graphics and swipe copy sometime during the week prior to promotion beginning. Please be patient with the team, as we begin work on these as soon as possible.
